JAMMU, SEPT 29:
From dazzling the ramp to gracing international magazines and bagging top global awards, Vinita Bhatia has carved a remarkable niche as one of the most inspiring women in the worlds of fashion, beauty, and entertainment. She is not just a beauty queen but also a true role model who continues to inspire women across the globe.

In an exclusive conversation with IMCSD Herald, Vinita candidly shared her life journey and the milestones that shaped her career.

“My journey to fame began with the crowning as the Winner of Mrs India International Glam 2022-23, a glittering beauty pageant held at Radisson Blu, Mumbai. Soon after, I clinched the coveted ‘Beauty of World’ (World Title) 2022-23, and the prestigious Pathbreaker Title under Mrs India International,” the beauty diva recalled.

“In the same year, I was honoured as Times of India’s Most Inspiring Woman and Fitness Icon 2022-23, followed by the Woman of the Year Award at the Raaj Ki Baat show in Nagpur,” she added.

Reflecting on her roots, Vinita noted that her professional journey was not limited to fashion and glamour alone. “I have an MBA background, so there is a touch of entrepreneur in me as well. Modelling has been my hobby since my college days. My hobbies eventually became my profession, and that really helped me a great deal,” she maintained.

Vinita also shared her memorable visit to the Kashmir Valley in 2023, where she was invited as a jury member at the Miss and Mr Kashmir pageant. “It was great to witness the paradise on earth. Nature was at its best, the tourist spots were stunning, and the overall experience was quite enjoyable,” she said.

Her international recognition soared when she bagged the Dadasaheb Phalke Icon Award in Beauty and Fashion 2023 in Dubai. She further impressed the fashion world by winning Times of India’s Beauty and Style Icon 2023 and was appointed Ambassador of India to the Netherlands for Cultural Exchange by Rotary. Walking the ramp for celebrated designer Archana Kochhar at the Bombay Times Fashion Week 2023 at St. Regis, Mumbai, was another milestone that showcased her glamour and grace.

Vinita has also made her mark as a jury member at numerous national and international contests. From judging events in Dubai to sharing the stage with Bollywood actor Arbaaz Khan at the International Glam Icon in Mumbai, she has lent her expertise to some of the most prestigious platforms. Her achievements caught global media attention, leading to features in London, Dubai, and Indian lifestyle magazines on International Women’s Day.

Stepping into Cinema & Music

Expanding her horizons, Vinita has ventured into cinema and music. She worked in a music video penned by Bollywood lyricist Prashant Ingole, sung by Shaan, and shot in Dubai opposite Bollywood actor Vikas Verma. The song, released across platforms in February 2024, earned her wide acclaim. Her talent was further recognised when she received the FT Films Today Award for Best Actor and Model 2024, presented by the General of Turkey in Mumbai.

Global Laurels & Recent Accolades

Vinita continues to shine on international platforms. She opened the show for Archana Kochhar’s collection at Jaipur Times Fashion Week 2025, where Sunny Leone was the showstopper. She was also invited as Guest of Honour at the India Fashion Icon Awards poster launch in July 2025 alongside celebrity Shiv Thakare.

The crowning jewel of her journey came recently at the Global Cinema Awards 2025 in Dubai, where she was honoured by Asia Aaj Tak and felicitated by none other than the King Shaikh of Dubai, with actress Esha Gupta present as a celebrity guest.

From beauty crowns and fitness awards to international ramps, magazines, music, and cinema, Vinita Bhatia continues to inspire as a multi-faceted achiever and a global icon of empowerment.
