Caroline’s efforts have earned her national and international acclaim. She was crowned Mrs Soweto Pageant 2nd Runner-up 2023, and later recognized as Mrs Bold SA Cultural Ambassador and Top 5 finalist 2024.

In 2025, she achieved another milestone by being titled Miss Diva Mom SA Queen, showcasing her versatility as a role model for mothers, women professionals, and cultural icons alike.

Princess Lerole’s influence extends beyond the stage. She has been listed among the Top 100 Influential Women in South Africa 2025, a testament to her impact across various sectors. Vikas Sharma is a senior journalist with 20+ years of experience and Editor-in-Chief of IMCSD Herald. He is also the Founder & Managing Director of the Institute of Mass Communication and Skill Development (IMCSD), mentoring students through media education, internships, and skill-building initiatives. Through IMCSD, a Startup India-recognized institution, he has trained and guided over 1,000 students from colleges across Jammu under media internships, workshops, and certificate programs. His initiatives such as School Media Clubs and college collaborations have provided young learners practical newsroom exposure, helping them develop career-oriented skills in journalism, communication, and creative writing.
